Bucket Mouse's sound amplifier from the MGBC adapted to the stock AGB. This mod replaces the original AGB AMP for better sound rather than add a boost to a dated design.

Very disappointed with the product; the sound is very low compared to other, cheaper amplifiers. I mentioned this to the seller, and initially, he did help me verify that everything was working correctly and was very helpful. But once we concluded that the amplifier's power output was normal, he told me how to fix it and then never responded again. I think he was trying to avoid me asking for a refund, although I never did. Later, I was able to confirm that there was also a lot of noise even after replacing the potentiometers and speakers with new ones. I also showed him some videos, and I also got significant ghosting from him. I would never recommend buying anything from him.
Hi! as discussed, the amp is supposed to clean the audio not boost it. The last message sent was at 1am my time and I had fallen asleep. I saw this message later the next evening so not 'significant ghosting'. A refund was never asked for and I am happy to give one.
This is an awesome little amp! I'd flubbed the first flex I'd worked with, but Natalie was very attentive with helping out. Installing it correctly this time gives the gba a nice and loud (but not overbearingly loud, like some 200x amps) speaker, and I really like it! It's a harder mod if you're not used to soldering small components but the results really stand out.
One thing I would've liked was a better image of the back install of this to see more or less how it's supposed to fit, but I was able to put it together just fine.
This one was a little more involved than I first thought but the result was well worth it. As Nat mentions in the description it's not just a slap flex PCB that amplifies the sound warts and all but actually replaces the existing sound circuit on the GBA.
